DriveYo is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any specific manufacturer, dealer, or lender unless expressly disclosed.

Dealer names and trademarks are used for identification purposes only.

11. Service Availability & API Disclaimer

DriveYo may rely on third-party APIs and data feeds. We do not guarantee:

12. Beta Features

Certain features may be labeled "Beta" or "Experimental."

These are provided "as-is" without warranty and may be modified or removed at any time.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

Venue for court proceedings shall be Alameda County, California.

14. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, unauthorized, or does not match the service you selected, please contact us first at adminai@driveyo.ai so we can investigate and attempt to resolve the issue.

To help us review quickly, include: your name, email used at checkout, date/amount charged, invoice/receipt (if available), and a brief explanation of the issue.

If a chargeback is filed with your bank/card issuer, we may pause access to the service tied to that transaction while the dispute is reviewed.

We reserve the right to provide relevant transaction records and service logs (if any) to the payment processor and card network for dispute resolution.

15. Refund Policy

If you encounter a billing or technical issue, contact adminai@driveyo.ai. We'll work to fix the issue or provide access to the service you purchased.

Refunds may be issued for duplicate charges, accidental double payments, or verified system errors, and are evaluated case-by-case.

No refunds after access/use: If you enter a VIN and the Platform reveals pricing, payment estimates, incentive results, or other paid outputs, the purchase is considered delivered and refunds will not be provided for that transaction, except where required by law.

Accidental Apple Pay (or wallet) purchases: If an Apple Pay (or other digital wallet) payment was made by mistake but the service has already been used (including entering a VIN and viewing revealed results), the transaction is not eligible for a refund, except where required by law.
